if you have a VVIP on board and want quick offload of your passengers pre advise your agent/FBO to get you a special permit for deplaning passengers at the closed B3 taxiway prior proceeding to the old airport for parking. Taxi times for aircraft from B3 to old aiport for corporate aircraft is a normal 45 minutes so extreme patience is required.

Ensure all crew arriving in India have visa's prior to arrival. Grant of a temp landing permit upto 72 hours on a payment of USD 40 per visa to the immigration authorities is a DISCRETIONARY POWER- it is advisable to pre warn your agent or FBO in case you are arriving at Mumbai without a visa for them to notify immigrations in advance.

Fueled partially on arrival with plans to top off the day before departure. Set this up with Aircon through Universal. The day before scheduled fueling we were told it would be impossible by the same people.
